Saggar Fired Works
Saggar Firing is sometimes called a garbage firing, since a bisqued piece is surrounded by natural materials, such as seaweed, leaves or pine needles. The chemical colorants from the natural materials transfer to the piece during the firing process to produce a rich, random surface with amazing depth.
